A website that’s live in four weeks, not four months.

We design and build marketing sites, landing pages and corporate websites — fast, on modern infrastructure, with a CMS your team can actually use. Four weeks from brief to live, fixed scope and fixed price, and the whole thing is yours at the end.

01 — What this isWebsites

Exelero designs and builds business websites: marketing and corporate sites, product and campaign landing pages, and multi-language sites for companies operating across markets. A standard build includes design, responsive development, a content management system the client’s own team can edit, SEO and performance groundwork, analytics, hosting setup and launch.

The typical timeline is four weeks from brief to live, at fixed scope and fixed price, with the code and infrastructure handed over to the client. Larger web applications, dashboards and customer portals are a different engagement — those are product builds rather than websites.

Most website projects don’t take six months of work. They take six months.

The work is rarely the problem. What stretches a website project is everything around it: a design process with no fixed end, three rounds of stakeholder review that each take two weeks, a content plan nobody owns, and a scope that grows quietly because nothing was written down.

We fix the scope and the date in week one, run design and build in parallel rather than in sequence, and tell you exactly what we need from you and when. Four weeks is what’s left when the waiting is removed.

02 — What’s included8 areas
B/01

Design

Brand-aligned visual design, responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile, and a small design system so future pages look like the ones we built.

B/02

Build

Modern stack with fast page loads, accessible markup, server-rendered content, clean URL structure.

B/03

Content management

A CMS your marketing team can use without calling a developer: pages, blog or news, reusable sections, media library, drafts and preview.

B/04

Findability

Technical SEO groundwork, metadata, sitemap, structured data, correct handling of AI crawlers, and localized SEO where the site is multi-language.

B/05

Multi-language

Optional, including right-to-left. Adding a market later is a content task, not a rebuild.

B/06

Forms and integrations

Contact and lead forms, CRM or email tool connection, booking or calendar embeds, chat, and event tracking.

B/07

Analytics

Analytics and conversion tracking configured and verified before launch, not bolted on afterwards.

B/08

Launch

Hosting setup, domain and DNS, SSL, redirects from the old site, performance and accessibility checks, and a handover walkthrough for your team.

If it has users, it’s not a website

This engagement covers sites that present information and capture enquiries. Once something has accounts, dashboards, transactions, permissions or business logic behind it, it stops being a website and becomes a product — a different scope, a different timeline and a different page on this site.

We’ll tell you which one you’re describing in the first conversation. A four-week website that quietly turns into a nine-month platform serves nobody.

03 — Timeline

Four weeks, week by week

Four weeks holds when content and feedback arrive on schedule. Copy, images, logos and approvals are on your side of the line, and waiting a week for them moves the launch by a week. We give you the content list on day two so nothing is a surprise in week three — and if you’d rather we wrote the copy, say so at the start and we’ll scope it in.

Week 1 — Scope and structure

Brief, sitemap, page inventory, and the content list with owners and dates. Design direction agreed.

Week 2 — Design

Key pages designed and approved. Build starts on the components already signed off.

Week 3 — Build

All pages built, CMS configured, content loaded, integrations connected.

Week 4 — Launch

Review round, revisions, performance and accessibility checks, redirects, go live, handover.

04 — How we work4 ways in
W/01

Fixed scope, fixed price

Agreed in week one and written down. Changes go to a follow-on phase rather than into the current build.

W/02

One team

Design and build in the same team, working in parallel rather than passing files between agencies.

W/03

Handover

Code, infrastructure, CMS access and documentation. Your team edits content without us.

W/04

Ongoing

Hosting, maintenance and new pages on a retainer if you want it. Never a condition.

05 — Who it’s for

Companies whose current site is years old and embarrassing to send. Businesses launching a product, service or market and needing a page that supports it. Startups who need a credible site before a funding conversation or a launch. Companies expanding into new markets who need the site in more languages. Teams who want to stop asking a developer to change a phone number.

06 — FAQ7 questions
How fast can you build a website?+

Four weeks from brief to live for a standard business site, at fixed scope and fixed price. That holds when content and approvals arrive on schedule — we give you the content list and the dates on day two so nothing blocks late.

What if we don’t have the content ready?+

Common, and the single most frequent cause of delay. We can scope copywriting and image sourcing into the project at the start. What doesn’t work is starting the build and hoping content appears in week three.

Can our team edit the site afterwards?+

Yes. The CMS is set up for non-technical editors — pages, posts, reusable sections and media, with drafts and preview. Handover includes a walkthrough.

Do we own the site?+

Yes. Code, infrastructure and CMS are yours, along with documentation. No licence, no lock-in, and no dependency on us for routine changes.

Can you build it in several languages?+

Yes, including right-to-left. Adding a market later is a content task rather than a rebuild.

What about SEO and AI search?+

Technical groundwork is included: metadata, structured data, sitemap, clean URLs, server-rendered content and correct handling of AI crawlers, so the site can be read by search engines and AI assistants. Ongoing content strategy is separate work we can quote.

What if we need more than a website?+

Then we’ll say so. Anything with accounts, dashboards or transactions is a product build — see our other solutions. We’d rather redirect you in the first call than deliver a website that can’t do what you need.

Send us your current site. We’ll tell you what four weeks buys.

Bring the brief, the brand and a rough page list. You’ll get scope, timeline and price back — and an honest answer about whether this is a website or a product.
